Yoshh.. today is my "judgement day" yeah well, FYP presentation day!! haha.. and now I'm finally FREE!! I started preparing my slides on Friday, and I still blurred tat time.. :S hahah.. I had to go thru my report again.. and find out which one shud be included in the slides, which one shudn't.. The initial slides were done on Sunday.. and after having an "improper" rehearsal, i noticed that it was more than 20 minutes !! Yeah actually we are only given max 20 minutes for presentation and 10 mins for QnA. I deleted some slides then.. mostly about the literature review. I did a rehearsal again and the best I could do was 20 minutes sumthin'. Ya, quite a relief.. but still.. I was thinking how to further shorten my presentation... I went to school, looked for a bench.. and did a rehearsal again there. Well, nt really rehearsal actually, juz tried to speak (I was whispering thou :P) and timed it.. and it was still ard 20 minutes stg.. well, I stopped and went back. hahaha..
Today before the presentation, I rehearsed once again and surprisingly it was only 18 mins hahah.. yeah well.. maybe I spoke too fast .. enough is enough.. Venny, my group mate for diz FYP, went first. I was surprised tat during the presentation, our examiner interrupted her and asked stg regarding the slide. hahaha.. quite frightening rite.. I was afraid tat I cudn't finish everything in 30 mins time. However, to be honest, my examiner was nt tat scary and to make it better, my supervisor (same as Venny's) helped her answering the qns from examiner (well, I was wondering tat time.. would he help me as well? :P) and the time came.. it was my turn.. During my presentation, I was interrupted only once.. and after finishing my presentation, he asked another question. That's ALL !! haha.. luckily my supervisor helped me convincing my examiner during the very last question. haha.. Thank GOD !! It's all over then !!! :D I am UNOFFICIALLY graduated now haha.. --> Edmond Gunarso, BEng (Hons) huahauha..
but still.. I'm afraid of the results hahaha.. well, what's done is done.. nothin' you can do to fix it eniwei.. so yah.. juz hope for the bez !!

Chapter 22
Yosh... It's my Chapter 22 of life.. Thank GOD for everything :) Birthday wishes : iPod Touch, PSP, PS3, job offer, etc2 wakakaak.. juz kidding lar :P I wish everything goes well, including my FYP presentation (5th May), job hunting, and.. my future endeavors !! :D Nothing special today, I went out wif my sis, having lunch at Ajisen Ramen @ Tiong Bahru Plaza.. and of coz her treat wakaka.. XD
Well, my dear is not in Singapore.. She's leaving for Shanghai today haha.. quite sad.. but she really has to go. That's okay :) I'll juz wait for her to come back.. and maybe we could have a little celebration together XD

Freedom !!!
Yes yes yes.. today is our "independence" day.. at least for some ppl taking CPE416 - Distributed System as their LAST paper.. Freedom finally... from EXAMS !! haahaha.. yeah but it's not really over actually. Will be having FYP demo and final presentation on 2nd and 5th of May. That will be the last two stuffs.. before I'm leaving NTU.
Today, other than my LAST paper, I got final interview with Citibank as well... wad a day! Yeah, hopefully all went well.. The paper was quite okay.. little mistakes here and there thou'.. Interview? "sufficiently bored" waiting.. and a bit sleepy :P Well, I waited for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes (well, I arrived at the office ard 12.15..) My schedule was actually at 12.45 but there was this one person who was supposedly engaging the panelists at 12.00.. and he came late.. hence his slot was brought to 1230. The HR person told me tat it is a 30-minute interview but well.. I waited til' 13.30 to get my turn.. Quite bored waiting.. hahaa.. the interview itself was okay.. normal interview questions I had expected the nite before.. and luckily not too technical as well..
I'll just relax myself for now.. counting the hours before my........ XD

One more...
One last paper.. for the entire life.. *oops.. nt really.. well.. at least for several years :P Yesss.. It's the very lastttt oneee !! on 30.. Haf to finish hundred pages of lecture notes in... hmm.. lemme think.. 5 days ? well let's just see..
These few days, I suffered from quite SEVERE diarrhea =.=" it started on Tuesday night..... Tuesday was the presentation day with Citi (refer to the previous entry), and I decided to skip my lunch and directly go for dinner. Well, that was nt intentionally thou.. I juz din feel hungry tat afternoon, so I decided to juz sleep away and skip the lunch (I ate breakfast quite a lot neway..). Me and Jaq were having dinner at the newly opened Sakae Sushi outlet (hoho.. NTU is getting more and more "classy" huh ? :P) and I grabbed one plate of sushi tat nite before savoring my "main course", chicken katsudon if I'm nt wrong...... then we continued studying at the newly opened canteen A. I was okay for several hours.. which then I felt like vomiting.. dunno why.. I rested well that night, and the next day, I felt that I had a little fever.. and lost my entire appetite for food! After lunch, I was feeling like going to toilet every half an hour or so. =.=" tat was tiring !! I was very tired.. I din do enithing but very tired.. that must be due to the diarrhea. I was sleeping almost the whole day man ! and believe it or nt.. the next day was my FIRST paper dude! I was afraid that I could not make it .. :S but I kept on believing tat tml I NEED to go.. rili2 need to go man.. I had porridge for the dinner, nt too savory but I needed to eat sumthin to get some energy to finish my study! To sum up everything, that nite was very2 awful one.. got headache, needed to use the toilet every half n hour, got a lil' fever too! =.="
the next day, when I woke up, the fever had gone, but my body was tired still.... I went to bathroom splashing some waters on my face.. then preparing things for exam.. and grabbed a red bean pau on the way to the bus stop to catch the shuttle bus to the exam venue. Well, that was at SRC (Sports and Recreation Center) which is quite far from my hall of residence and under normal circumstances I'll just walk from here, but... no choice I had to take shuttle bus there due to my sickness T_T Miraculously, I din need to go to the toilet during the 2-hour battle with Simulation and Modeling.. thank GOD! Went back, had yong tofu for my lunch then went to bed again... too tired to do enithing else... wew and.. the fever came back T_T
After some days without any sign of getting better... on Saturday I went to the medical center wewww... to get some "proper" medicines.. (well actually I haf only NORIT and DIATABS tablets for diarrhea.. but they weren't handy thou). Now, I feel a lot better.. and just gone for the second paper this afternoon. Thank GOD.. I managed to get out from very very very mortifying situation last week...
Citi actually have contacted me on Thursday, and I have been selected for the FINAL interview on 30 April next week. Wow.. juz let it flow, do my best.. and leave it to God for the rest... :) I'll just relax myself tonite.. recharging for the last battle with Distributed System.. and the interview of course.. quite frightening thou :P

Treasuring every moment..
Wohoho.. I'm back ! hahaah.. Phew, 18 January... quite a long time ago huh? XD Well, so many things have happened diz semester. Mostly, FYP matters... I thought tat my FYP was a piece of crap, dunno wad to do, dunno how to survive, exaggerated desperation (if it is even the correct term to describe it :P) etc.. but in d end, I could finish d report on time and surprisingly.. no comments from my examiner, and my supervisor told me that the report was good. Thank GOD.. but, it's not over YET.
Preparing the demo was another challenging yet exhausting work. Well, I changed the program quite A LOT.. enhancing the overall running time at the cost of less reliability. The idea is still the same with what I have written in the report, only the method is a lil' bit different. That's okay, its unreliability is still at the tolerable level, and more importantly, it's neither disrupting another processes in the program nor causing run-time error. Phew.. More or less, now the demo preparation has finished.. Most likely, the demo will be on 2 May.. just a few days before my FINAL presentation which is on 5 May, 1400. Yeah, tat will be the very LAST and FINAL task I have to tackle in NTU.
I mentioned about summer studies in the previous entry rite.. know wad ? ISC has ruined everything!! Here is the story.. I submitted the application quite a while ago using FIREFOX browser.. and it was stated that the application has been submitted successfully. I didn't expect for any acknowledgment to be sent afterwards, since.. yeah, sometimes we just need to wait for the outcome rite? (to make it worse, me and some of my buddies were all submitting the application using Firefox.. so nobody knew about the ack email.. =.=") After waiting nearly a month with nothing abt the summer studies, my friend Adi called ISC and was told that his application did NOT thru'... WAD??? I couldn't believe that, and I called ISC myself to make sure.. I was told that my application did NOT thru' as well =.=" wthh... The problem was.. he said there was a technical glitch when students submitted their application using Firefox browser.. WTH.. Why didn't they give us warning, or precaution about Firefox before????... =.=" damn lousy lar ! Yeah, so.. my summer study dream.. gone.. oh well..
It's less than a month now to the time of freedom (after my FYP FINAL presentation.. and to be exact, it's ard 21 days, 12 hours, 20 minutes and 16 seconds).. from school.. textbooks, lecture notes, etc.. (for a while.. since I'm thinking of having a Master degree in 2/3 years time). Well, nt really a freedom thou.. haf to keep on looking for a job (if I haven't got any...) and looking for a new shelter.. to be called home..
Job hunting ? I'm still jobless huahau.. No worries, keep on trying still.. Well, actually I have a presentation for Citibank CTI-MA this coming TUESDAY!!! haven't prepared anything yet.. and my first paper is juz ard the corner also.. on this coming THURSDAY!! What a week! Juz, treasure it.. treasure ur every last moment here in NTU (i mean.. your "schooling" time.. :P nt necessarily to be NTU) coz you might have these times no more...

New year.... new spirit ?
guess it's quite late now to say.. Happy new year 2008.. XD Yeah, what's ur resolution for diz year? Mine is at least 1280x1024, 60Hz.. wakakaka.. kidding lar. Talking abt resolutions.. I wan to improve my communication skills (especially interviewing skills, thou haven't engaged in one for a few months alr..), have a better time management, have more patience in .. nearly everything, have more faith as well... Perhaps the aforementioned resolutions are just a few from the very long list of mine :P
Well, finally the very last semester in NTU!! Loads of things to be done.. job hunting, FYP, as well as looking for a shelter after graduation XD So sick with FYP, endured so much "pain".. but well, that was for good, my own good... is an at-least-2nd-Upper-Class-Honors still widely open for me? That's the question my FYP will answer a lot when the time comes...... I'm still stuck with that Mozilla thingy.. cache thingy.. loads of efforts have been done, but still... I'm in dire need of enlightenment.. Can you give me one ? XD I've given up my minor coz all the subjects offered this semester ain't tat interesting .. :S one subject that I thot would be interesting, the coursework is super heavy tat I'm afraid I have no time for FYP.. decided then...
Job hunting? Planned to start applying again diz sem as there will be some job openings this semester.. I hope, before summer studies period, I have got a decent job alr...Wish me luck! :D

Bad dining experience at Hog's Breath Cafe (Chijmes)
Went there for the first time wif my dear last night on Christmas eve and we took the Christmas eve package dinner. I was totally disappointed with the service hog's breath had given to us.. a very bad impression at our very first visit. First of all, the server didn't even know if we got our food yet. Moreover, the drinks weren't served until we asked for it. After finishing the appetizer, we waited for approx 1 hour plus for the main course to be served!! We were very upset, and the manager said that the kitchen jammed. I was wondering, there were this couple who came after us and they had their dessert already while we were still waiting for our main course! That was absurd! In addition, they also served us the wrong side dish and lastly our dessert that was supposed to be the Mississippi Mud Cake was suddenly changed to Apple crumble. They said the mud cake had been sold out. :s
Yeah, of course that ruined our mood and we lost our appetite alr. The food was average (perhaps it was biased.. due to very lousy service), but the atmosphere and ambiance were great. One thing I noticed missing was the table number. There were no table numbers at all! and perhaps that was the reason why the kitchen jammed......
I don't know whether the other branches' service is as lousy as this or not, but one thing for sure, I will dine at Hog's Breath no more.. that was really2 bad dining experience, and thanks for ruining our Christmas mood... =.=
We then attended the midnite mass at Cathedral of Good Shepherd, we didn't manage to get a seat thou. The mass was great, the ambiance, the choir, everything was great! May this Christmas bring joy and peace to the world :D

Holiday..
Not really a holiday for me.. yeah u know I gotta finish my FYP coz I don't have much time left. Good thing is, I got my "normal" life back, as in everyday I woke up at ard 930 in d morning, having my breakfast, went to lab until 6 o clock in d afternoon, having dinner, went back to hall and enjoying d rest of the nite :P that reminds me of the time when I was doing my internship.. one semester back. Next semester will be my last semester in NTU, happy or sad? Both actually.. all human being have insatiable desire.. I might be happy tat I have no more exams, stack of notes to be read, and lecture videos to be watched, but at d same time, it's kinda sad tat finally this is a goodbye to school life.. and youth life.. I decided to take my master degree after working for at least 2 years (some of the master degree programs required us to have at least 2 years of working exp). Have to sit for GRE too later.. At least 2 years w/o stack of notes, assignments, reports n .. u name it :P isn't tat good :P hahaha.. Working life might be more complicated, challenging, and perhaps interesting XD sounds good huh..
Haven't been invited for an itvw since Barcaps phone interview.. yeah, let's just put it this way, experience is what we get when we don't get what we wanted. Won't be so desperate tat I can't get a job, juz relax.. need not to rush .. GOD will show me which path I should follow.. (perhaps not investment banking as I thought :p) as long as I have a lil' faith.. and of coz some efforts in looking for a job, everything will be juz fine :)
Kind of sleepy now.. a serendipitous weather for sleeping.. -.- k .. juz relaxing myself for now..

Last one....
Tired.. one single word tat expresses my condition rite now.. hahaha.. I'm tired of studying!!! Wanna break freee... but sadly I won't be home for Christmas, doing my FYP huhuhu.. but I shud be grateful tat I can at least spend the Christmas eve with my dearie.. and perhaps with my sis on Christmas day itself. Yay! My parents are also coming at the end of this year and we will be celebrating the coming of year 2008 here in Spore! :D Another good thing to look forward to is, I'll have my PC upgraded soon! Don't have to wait til' graduation day as I mentioned in previous entry. :) Study hard and play harderrr !! Yeah tat's rite :)
Went to Changi airport yesterday (despite of my exam today XD) accompanying my dear as she went back to Indo yesterday hehe.. well, I miss her alr when I went back to NTU ^^;; (nt even a day :P) Can't wait for 17 Dec to come!! XD
Yeah, juz finished my second paper diz morning.. Thank GOD! :D will sit for my last paper on Friday and today I plan to mug wif Dela at either benches / library but now I still dun have mood of studying..
After exams.. wad to do? there should be loads of things to be done.. the first and foremost is.. my FYP of cozz.. the progress is damn slow, and I haf to catch up wif Venny; my partner, as she has finished her papers a few days ago and should have done stg :P.. followed by.. "spring cleaning" my room from all notes, papers, and everything tat won't be used anymore next sem.. next, which is also important, is to prepare my schedule for next semester as subjects registration starts earlier this sem.. (even before the exam results are out :P) Haf to choose two PEs for next sem.. decision decision and decision.. hopefully I have good decision then.
You know wad.. I have given up on my 8-months-old external hard disk.. since it couldn't boot up correctly and I think there must be stg stuck inside.. it's either the head problem or the motor was burnt out.. :( However, luckily it was still under warranty, so I brought the faulty HD to the dealer and expect to get a replacement in another 1 week time from now hueheu.. (diz Friday, it's 2 weeks alr) The bad thing was, I didn't manage to back up everything. I only managed to backup some but not everything.. wew.. yah.. no choice, it's better to get a replacement ASAP than waiting in an endless sorrow..
Tomorrow.. will always be a better day.. :)

I have given up on my 8-months-old external hard disk.. since it couldn't boot up correctly and I think there must be stg stuck inside.. it's either the head problem or the motor was burnt out.. :( However, luckily it was still under warranty, so I brought the faulty HD to the dealer and expect to get a replacement in another 1 week time from now hueheu.. (diz Friday, it's 2 weeks alr) The bad thing was, I didn't manage to back up everything. I only managed to backup some but not everything.. wew.. yah.. no choice, it's better to get a replacement ASAP than waiting in an endless sorrow..
Tomorrow.. will always be a better day.. :)

Linkin Park LIVE in Singapore
Went to Linkin Park LIVE concert yesterday in S'pore Indoor Stadium wif my sista. Yeahh.. was damn crowded, damn noisy as well !!! It was LP mann.. no wonder perhaps everybody just felt soo excited XD Lemme share my story then..
Dropped at City Hall MRT and planned to take bus no. 16 to get there, it's just a few stops away from Raffles Hotel bus stop. Well, when I first reached the bus stop, I checked the SBSiris-next bus service wif my GPRS. It was stated 15 mins. Ok lor, I kept on waiting til' I realized I had waited for almost 30 mins alrd !! Wth.. I checked the SBSiris again and It was still 12 mins.. I was like wad the heck, ard 30 mins ago it was said that the bus would come in 15 mins, but after alm 30 mins it was still 12 mins.. so lamee hahaha.. I kept on waiting.. still... and eventually the bus came, BUT, it was soo damn crowded and the bus din stop... o_O" So fed up alr.. but I tried to be patient.. waiting for the next bus... and after it came, I pushed my self hard into the bus and told my self tat this time I should really go.. no more delay...
Upon arriving, the queue for free standing Pen A was soo damn loongg already.. (as I expected, that for free standing area, ppl should have queued 3/4 hours before... =.="), no choice I joined the queue.. heheh.. not bad, actually, I was still able to get good standing position.. XD. My sis was still on her way wif the same bus.. 16 !!! ... Once inside, I still had to wait for approximately an hour before the show begun. I was starving inside, hadn't had my dinner.. and thank God my sis brought some breads to satisfy the need of my shouting stomach.. Finally, the light was turned off.. and they were "awaken"... by the first song, Wake.. (you can always refer to my older entries (Part I here and Part II here) bout' LP's songs from their new album.. to know more..) Followed by Given Up .. the ppl around me started pushing me to many different directions.. felt like I was crushed from different directions... Luckily, from the third song onwards, no more crushing2 and pushing2 from many different directions.. I got tiny little space finally.. and was able to enjoy the whole performance! Yeahhhh tat was sooo damnn loud n noisy, crowded, and hottt hahah... yet fun !! Jumping up n down like crazy.. following the beat.. singing out loud (thou u can't hear ur own voice..). Overall... that was a great performance !! great LP !! but maybe next time I'd prefer to sit back and relax rather than standing and being crushed by others :P

Challenging week..
Yeah.. what's done is done..
sat for Credit Suisse aptitude test in SMU diz morning.. Well, the test wasn't tat hard anyway, it's just tat I wasn't fast enough to whack everything.. Perhaps.. I'm just not used to it.. hahaha.. Well, we were given 100 questions which should be finished in 50 minutes time.. in average, each question takes ard 0.5 mins (yeah, the truth was, some numeracy problems demanded more than 0.5 mins huhuhu). Too bad, I wasn't fast enough and thus I didn't manage to finish all the questions..
-> Juz wait.. time will tell.. Come wad may.. :)
Barclays capital's phone interview comes next.. this Thursday !! I feel so awkward wif tat Investment banking thingy.. Yeah, I've done an intensive research of coz.. but still.. hahaha.. Why investment banking? perhaps it's just an unexplainable passion :P Why Barclays? of coz because the starting salary *rolling eyes* :P hahahaa kidding2.. look beyond the salary.. what lies ahead.. your future... I heard it once: "Money will come to you if you are passionate enough with what you are currently doing.." haha.. stg lyk tat..

Sunshine after rain ? XD
Hoho.. as you may realize tat it was raining almost the whole day yesterday.. and as you can see, today is brighter than yesterday.... The good thing is, Barclays finally invited me to the phone interview stage LOLz.. yokattaaaa nee.. It's on 25 Oct, Thursday next week at 13.30 (UK Time) LOLz.. I din even know that the time slot is in UK Time until I got the confirmation email hahaha.. they din state there when I was choosing the time slot weww.. So, 13.30 UK time is supposed to be around 20.30 here in Spore ^^;; hahaha so late :P luckily I din choose 16.00 haaha.. sooo latee alr.. XD
What to do today ? erm.. of course continuing the training of tat 20 stupid artificial neurons.. You want to know more? I'll associate it wif "students" den, so it's easier for you to digest XD Now imagine you are trained with 12000 maths problems and tested with 6000 questions. LOLz.. huahahaa this is what really happening here at the Learning and Validation stage. hahahaz I train the neurons using 12000 data and validate them with 6000 or so data. Root Mean Square Error is then calculated to get the "grade" of tat particular neuron XD I'll pick the top three "students" to go for another training, namely Testing stage wew.. and those three neurons have to undergo training with 18000 or so data, and tested wif 2000 or so data.. The winning neuron is the neuron wif the smallest RMS Error Hahaha.. Now you know how tedious it is... wew.. haha XD
Perhaps.. tonite I'll go mugging at Canteen A (as usual :P) .....

Savoring the flavor of final year...
Aaaaaargh its d end of week 9 alreaddyyyy... And.. recess week was too fast to be savored bit by bit... Haha.. I only managed to revise few things during recess week (well, maybe I shud be grateful alr :P) and do Comp Archi assignment, due on 1 Oct. My FYP (Finding Your Partner Final Year Project) progression is damn slow! No idea, my supervisor is kinda slack too, but of course I can't follow his example :P Slacking will ruin my FYP for sure o.O" and I don't wan that to happen XD How about pestering him ? Yeah, we have done that, and we decided to do the FYP in an "unsupervised" manner, meaning nt too dependent on him hahaha.. Now that we have finished the input part and have sent him the algorithm for our next step last week, he hasn't replied til' now.. weww.. We plan to integrate our code by ourself, according to our own algorithm XD
Sigh.. all assignments due in ard 2-3 weeks time and diz Neural networks assignment demands almost my whole day to finish each training of neurons wew.. very2 tedious one.. By week 12, all assignments should have been submitted :D and I can focus more on my exams. My first (and the hardest as well) paper is on 15 Nov and coincidentally on 13 Nov there will be Linkin Park LIVE Concert! I wanna watch them LIVE !! Haven't bought the ticket thou.. heuheue.. Phew, need to prepare the paper first of coz..
Job hunting? Yeah I've applied for 7 companies (all of them are investment bankings LOLz) in total and currently waiting for the invitation for interview. All online tests required in order to be considered for interview have also been completed.. facing some problems thou.. When I have finished the Barclay's online numeracy test, the system wasn't able to retrieve the test result, hence I din know whether I was qualified for the next stage of online test or nt. It was 8 Oct, and the deadline for the test was 9 Oct (5 days after I submitted the app form).. Heck! I have emailed the technical support ppl, asking for assistance but I have never received any reply from them until yesterday (11 Oct and obviously I was late), they finally replied me and told me tat the result for the numeracy was ready. Fortunately, I was qualified to take the verbal test and in d end my application was still under consideration, meaning I have successfully completed all online testings and waiting for the phone interview invitation. Hopefully my application is really under their consideration, thou I was late in finishing the test..
Last week, me and Jaq were having our dinner at Canteen 4 and planned to go back to hall with shuttle bus. The funny thing was, when we walked to the bus stop, there was this one bus passed us by and we thot it was the last shuttle bus (it was ard 9pm alr). We ran for the bus and finally managed to get in. Once we have sat down, the conductor mumbled stg about JP and suddenly we realized that we took the wrong bus !! Hahaha... so stupid LOLz :P we had to pay of coz, it's nt a free shuttle to JP anyway o_O Well, actually it's quite cheap compared to SBS transit but the thing was we din need to go to JP at all hahaaha.. In d end, we met up wif Dela and had a chat in Kopitiam while eating desserts.
One long entry huh.. hehe.. Thank God it's weekend.. but I got loads of things to be done T_T hueheue..

New face..
Yes, my desktop got new face... hohoho.. if you notice from the picture, my LCD has been changed.. Last Friday my 4-year old LCD was suddenly black out and kept on blinking afterwards.. I thot the problem was with my CPU or VGA Card (I was like "again ?? the heck..") but I was wrong.. It was the LCD itself this time wewww.. (I wonder why recently my PC always got problem one.. T_T). I asked my daddy whether I should buy the new one or just have it repaired.. Well, my dad just asked me to buy the new one in d end ^^;; hohoho.. luckily, there was COMEX (computer exhibition) @ Suntec in which IT stuffs are sold in discounted price.
I was rushing there on Saturday, since I was planning to go to church as well. Finally, I bought black 19" LG LCD. hohoh.. nice one.. XD Haizz.. another unexpected expenses T_T Yeah, but no choice man.. without computer I can do nothin' which means I can't do my FYP as well.. huhuhu..
I'm planning to upgrade my PC once I have graduated from NTU (which is next year.. hopefully hahaa XD) so.. juz hold on my dear processor.. just another one year man before an endless dormancy for u.. hahhaha..

No more sorrow... hopefully...
It started with a sore throat.. assumed as one of flu symptoms.. then my irritating asthma came (yeah juz a symptom anyway...). I didn't feel well that time.. wew... including the time when we had to set up benches the nite before, for Geben on Wed, 15 Aug. On the day itself, the most destructive disaster (err.. perhaps it's exaggerated too much :P) happened.. Geben ended nicely, except that my nokia-6280's LCD was broken! =.=" I guess, it was crushed by the edge of the bench when I was moving them to their original position T_T I wonder.. how hard it was.. =.= I'm using Erikson's N70 til' now.. wew..
The other problem was.. on Friday night, when I was doing remote desktop to my PC, suddenly the connection lost. I guessed correctly that my PC was restarting by itself .. over and over again.. (well actually it had happened a few times before...). I asked my roommate to turn it off for a while before turning it on again. Yeah finally it was turned on again and was able to load the windows, but no internet access since then.. wewww.. I got headache .. T_T I decided to turn it off that whole night... and the next day, after woke up, I tried powering it on again but it wasn't able to even boot the windows and it kept on restarting by itself.. Haizz..
I had no time that day to troubleshoot my PC thoroughly, coz I had to go to Nokia Center to have my handphone serviced.. yeah.. and finally on Sunday I found the problem! It was power supply problem.. again.. so haizzz.. Bought new power supply and installed it right away.. However, no internet access still.. I was like.. wth... =.=" I emailed CITS and got the reply this morning.. then in the afternoon CITS called me and the problem solved in an instant! hahaah.. phew..
I don't expect any more sorrowww .... I have enough... no more sorrow pleaseee.. huehue.. Yeah juz wish me luck k ? hahaha.. I will get my handphone back this Wednesday.. hopefully every thing will back to normal...
Morale of the story: be very careful of yourself man.. Sometimes accident happens at the time you expect it the least..

Broken guitar....
Yeah, IndoSupper was a great success.. thou here and there still got some flaws, yeah nobody's perfect eniwei XD hihihi.. del'Dante went thru the first song (Mengenangmu by Kerispatih) smoothly.. and when the second song (Maafkan Aku Yang Mencintainya by del'Dante) started, I felt an emotional arousal.. since the song is created and arranged by our very own band... XD In the middle of the second song, suddenly one of my guitar's strings broke.. O.o" perhaps I was playing with too much excitement.. ^^;; weww.. soo embarrassing... but I kept on playing and I was relieved nobody noticed... til I returned to the tribune.. heuheu..
Haizz... gotta buy a new set of strings then... huhuh.. can't play til' it is fixed.. T_T hueheue... I actually will have it fixed, not only the strings, but also to narrow the gap between strings and fretboard (if it's still even possible..) hueheue..

1st day of school = skip the 1st lecture
Yoshhh.. finally the school is restarted! (Am i suppose to be happy ? o.O) hahaaha.. Well, the very first day in AY 2007-2008, which my last year in NTU, is started with a lecture skip :P LOLz.. Wahlew.. I dunno wad happened wif my stupid alarm, suddenly it stopped and well thanks for waking me up at 8.39 this morning.. =.=" hahah.. Of coz im soooo latee mann.. hahaa.. Wad can I do, I was thinking, If I pushed myself to attend the lecture (which is most prob still an intro) I would arrive at ard 10 mins before the lesson ended.. =.=" So.. I just went to bed again til 10am XD hahaha..
Yeah, of coz Im not gonna skip the other lesson today.. which was at 1130am. Well, actually nothin' much la for today.. just a simple introduction to the course.. hmm.. and finally decision to take CPE422 - Neural Networks this sem. hohoho.. Yeah, I think this subject is quite interesting to be taken, moreover the lecturer has successfully delivered the lecture with full of friendliness.. XD
Again.. today Im selling the DuckRice Race tickets on behalf of SCS (Singapore Computer Society) for charity, wif some CEC fellows. haizz.. so boring.. =.=" hahaha.. haf to knock each professor's door and pleading for their generosity.. yah some harsh comments were received too.. ^^;; but hey.. if you are interested with the Duck Race, just gimme a call, sms, msn, or enithing else.. :P

Crazy buffet XD
Yosh, actually it's just an ordinary day til' we had our crazy buffet.. I went to church wif jaq at noon.. and after that we actually planned to have our brunch at Westmall.. Yeah that's when the "disaster" began.. LOLz.. I was actually craving for Sakae buffet, but unfortunately the buffet is not available today.. T_T Phew.. but we saw another buffet promotion just beside Sakae Sushi, it was on Bali Thai restaurant.. hahaha.. After short discussion, we decided to have the buffet there.
At the beginning, we were full of excitement since.. yeah we were starving! hahahaz.. We ordered 6 dishes at once.. We thought that was enough for our first round.. The funny thing was, when all the dishes were served, our table was already full of it! and it was like we haven't eaten for several days already wkwkwkwk.. XD Yeah, no choice, we juz ate and ate.. and several minutes later the servant came and asked us for our last order for the buffet.. We were like.. "shoot.. what time is it now?" shortly we knew that the buffet time is only til' 2.30pm.. but it is NOT stated there.. phew.. haha.. We ordered another 7 dishes for our second as well as our last round and asked them to serve it later since no space there in our table :P A minute later, I ordered another 2 sets of chicken Satay.. so in total, we had 15 dishes! XD wkwkw.. so crazyyy..

1 set of tahu telur, 3 sets of Maduranese chicken satay, 1 set of sambal kangkong, 1 set of pandan chicken, 1 set of pad thai, 1 set of soto ayam, 1 set of green curry chicken, 1 set of beef rendang, 1 set of fish with thai-style chili sauce, 1 set of kailan with oyster sauce, 1 set of sambal sotong, 1 set of mango salad, and finally 1 set of spring roll.
Phew.. in the end we were super duper bloated.. (fortunately I din puke on the spot -.-) It was hard for me to even walk.. LOLz.. wkwkwk.. yeah... I dun feel like eating til' tml.. maybe.. hahaha...

Fragile...

Juz simply... untitled..
Hoho.. recently, I was so addicted to Audition SEA.. phew.. It's an online dance game that similar to any other dance games that need us to follow the direction of arrows in order to score. Haha.. quite silly actually to be addicted to this kind of game hahahaz.. Yah, for the sake of time killing.. especially when I just woke up from my very2 deep sleep XD LOLz.. hihihi.. Well, I guess the addiction has ended.. hahaa.. Dun feel like playing tat game anymore.. :P (hmm.. one good thing from the game is that there are some ear-catchy songs, juz to pamper your ears maybe.. XD)
Yosh, the Convocation period (23-27 July 2007) has begun.. hoho.. Free meals for the whole 5 days! LOLz.. *oops.. hahhaha.. Congratulations for Class 0f 2007! I've attended three Convocation ceremonies since first year.. :P and the last Convocation that I will be attending, which is next year.. will be my OWN Convocation ceremony! Yay! One more year!... I can't wait til' that time comes.. phew.. hahaa.. Haf to pass another full-of-struggling and stressful year.. diz is final year! hahhaa.. But I know that I'll be fine, I'm doing fine so far.. (wad? The new semester hasn't even started yet :P LOLz) Ya, what I can think about right now is to give my best shot in this final year... yeah, I shud give my BEST shot! hahaha.. That's the spirit!
Well, spirit alone is not enough without "willingness" from the heart to diligently attending every lecture... LOLzz.. XD This life is surely full of hardiness and obstacles.. still no one can skip this life.. juz let everything flow.. :D Aaaa enuf crapping :P hahaha..
